UGC-NET June 2025 Exam City Intimation

Advance Notice Released by NTA

The National Testing Agency (NTA), under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, issued a public notice on 19 June 2025 regarding the advance intimation for the allotment of examination cities to the candidates of UGC-NET June 2025. This step is part of NTA’s continued commitment to transparency and efficient communication.

The UGC-NET June 2025 exam will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for 85 subjects across various cities in India. The examination dates span from 25th June to 29th June 2025. The advance city intimation is specifically for candidates whose exam is scheduled on 25 June 2025.

Candidates can now check or download their Examination City Intimation Slip by logging in on the official NTA portal using their Application Number and Date of Birth. The link for the same is:

It is important to note that this slip is not the Admit Card. It only serves to inform the candidate about the city where their exam center will be located. The official Admit Card will be released separately on the same website.

In case of any issues in downloading the intimation slip, candidates can contact NTA via the helpline number 011-40759000 or email at ugcnet@nta.ac.in.

The notice is signed by the Director (Exams), NTA, and candidates are advised to visit the official portal regularly for the latest updates and the release of Admit Cards.
