UGC-NET June 2025 Answer Key Challenge Notification

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Provisional Answer Keys along with the recorded responses and question papers for the UGC-NET June 2025 Examination. The exam was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode from 25th June to 29th June 2025 across multiple cities and covered 85 subjects.

The answer keys are available on the NTA website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates who are dissatisfied with any answer may challenge the provisional key by paying a processing fee of ₹200 per question. This fee is non-refundable.

Key Dates for Answer Key Challenge

  • Challenge Window: 6th July 2025 to 8th July 2025 (till 5:00 PM)
  • Last Date for Fee Payment: 8th July 2025 (till 5:00 PM)

How to Challenge the Answer Key

  1. Visit the NTA website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
  2. Click on the link “Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key”.
  3. Login using your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin.
  4. Click on “View Answer Sheet” and then select “Challenge”.
  5. Mark the questions you wish to challenge and select the appropriate options.
  6. Upload supporting documents as a single PDF file.
  7. Submit your claims and proceed to the payment page.
  8. Pay ₹200 per challenged question via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
"All challenges will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly, and the result will be prepared based on the final answer key."

No individual candidate will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of their challenge. The final decision made by the expert panel will be binding.
